Terms & Conditions

Uso del certificado de regalo: El gift card no puede ser canjeado por efectivo, ni por ningún otro valor en efectivo.
Saldo de la tarjeta: El gift card tiene fecha de vencimiento de 6 meses.
Restricciones de uso: El gift card no puede ser utilizado para pagar deudas previas, ni para comprar otras tarjetas de regalo. No se aceptarán gift cards ilegibles en el caso de canjearlos al número de WhatsApp de soporte.
Pérdida o robo: La empresa no se hace responsable de la pérdida, robo o daño de los gift cards. El titular de la tarjeta es responsable de su custodia.
Transferibilidad: Los gift cards son transferibles y pueden ser utilizados por cualquier persona que los posea.
Devoluciones y reembolsos: Los canjes realizados con los gift cards están sujetos a la política de devoluciones y reembolsos de la empresa. Los reembolsos se emitirán en forma de crédito en la tarjeta de regalo.
Responsabilidad legal: La empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. En caso de disputas, la decisión de la empresa será final y vinculante.

Gift Certificate Usage: The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or for any other cash equivalent.
Card Balance: The gift card has an expiration date of 6 months.
Usage Restrictions: The gift card cannot be used to pay off prior debts or to purchase other gift cards. Illegible gift cards will not be accepted if redemption is attempted via the support WhatsApp number.
Loss or Theft: The company is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of gift cards. The cardholder is responsible for the safekeeping of the card.
Transferability: Gift cards are transferable and may be used by anyone in possession of them.
Returns and Refunds: Redemptions made using gift cards are subject to the company's returns and refunds policy. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the gift card.
Legal Liability: The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the company's decision shall be final and binding.
