- Све поклон-картице са ознаком GiftOnCard ( е-картице) издају компаније Zmart Solution ltd и Giftoncard Partners.
- Поклон-картице се издају са роком важења од 6 месеци. Важење pоклон-картице аутоматски истиче 6 месеци након активације, а датум је назначен на фискалном рачуну добијеном приликом куповине поклон-картице. Поклон-картица се не може поново издати након истека рока важења.
- Поклон-картица се може користити за куповину робе и услуга на за то означеним локацијама, у оквиру мреже GiftOnCard прималаца - учесника GiftOnCard програма, на локацијама и веб продавницама са знаком „GIFTONCARD“.
- Све трансакције ће бити обрађене у званичној главној локалној валути на назначеној тржишној локацији.
- Поклон-картице се могу искористити све одједном или се могу користити више пута све док салдо на поклон-картици не достигне нулу.
- Поклон-картице се не могу мењати за готовину или заменити у случају губитка или оштећења.

- Приступањем, покушајем коришћења или коришћењем услуга GiftOnCard поклон-картице, корисник пристаје да буде обавезан условима коришћења који одмах ступају на снагу. Услови коришћења су подложни променама од стране компаније Zmart solution ltd. у било ком тренутку. Наставак коришћења услуга поклон-картице након сваке такве промене представља сагласност са условима коришћења и пратећим документима који су тако измењени.
- Услови коришћења и сва вануговорна права или обавезе које произилазе из или у вези са њима биће регулисани и тумачени у складу са законима републике Србије.
- Све жалбе и спорови клијената у вези са овим условима коришћења, треба да буду упућени GiftOnCard корисничкој служби на: www.giftoncard.eu
- All GiftOnCard labeled Gift cards, ( e-card) are issued by Zmart Solution ltd and Giftoncard Partners.
- Gift Cards shall be issued with a validity period of 6 months. The validity of a Gift Card shall automatically expire 6 months after activation, the date being indicated on the fiscal receipt received at purchase of the Gift Card. A Gift Card cannot be reissued after its validity period expires.
- The Gift Card can be used to purchase goods and services at the designated locations, within the network of GiftOnCard acceptors - participants in the GiftOnCard program, at locations and web shops carrying the “GIFTONCARD” sign.
- All transactions will be processed in official major local currency at the designated market location.
- Gift Cards can be redeemed all at once, or can repeatedly be used until the Gift Card balance reaches zero.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or damaged.

- By accessing, attempting to use or using GiftOnCard Gift Card services, customer is agreeing to be bound by Terms of Use with immediate effect. Terms of Use are subject to change by Zmart solution ltd. at any time. Continued use of the Gift Card services following any such change constitutes agreement to Terms of Use and accompanied documents as so modified.
- Terms of Use and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia.
- Any customer claims, disputes in connection with these Terms of Use, shall be referred to GiftOnCard customer service at www.giftoncard.eu
