Der Höchstwert der Geschenkkarten, die pro Kalendermonat verwendet werden können, ist auf 5.000 EUR begrenzt. Der Höchstwert der Geschenkkarten, die pro Kalendermonat mit Ihrem Kundenkonto verbunden werden können, ist ebenfalls auf 5.000 EUR begrenzt.

Es ist nicht möglich, die Geschenkkarte bei Verlust oder Beschädigung gegen Bargeld einzutauschen.
Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung stornieren oder Ihre mit Ihrem Geschenkkarten-Guthaben bestellten Artikel zurücksenden, wird der Wert als Gutschrift auf Ihr Zalando-Konto zurücküberwiesen.
Eine nachträgliche Einlösung Ihres Geschenkkarten-Guthabens ist leider nicht möglich. Der Kauf der Geschenkkarte selbst ist vom Umtausch oder der Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen.
Die Geschenkkarten von Zalando sind kein elektronisches Geld, sondern ein nicht gesetzlich reglementiertes Wertguthaben. Das bedeutet, dass weder der gesetzliche Schutz für elektronisches Geld gilt, noch ein Recht auf Einlösung gegen Bargeld besteht.

Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 200,00 EUR is reached.
The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR.

It is not possible to exchange the Gift Card for cash in the case of loss or damage.
If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your Gift Card credit retrospectively. The purchase of the Gift Card itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash.
