يجب أن تكون بطاقة الهدايا على شكل قسائم إلكترونية وليست بطاقات فعلية. يمكن إحضار بطاقة الهدايا بالعملات التالية فقط بالريال السعودي. يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا على موقع نون الإلكتروني وتطبيق الهاتف المحمول. سيتعين على العملاء تسجيل الدخول إلى حساباتهم والنقر على "حسابي"، واختيار "أرصدة نون" من القائمة المنسدلة، وإدخال تفاصيل بطاقة الهدايا، والنقر على "استرداد". لا يمكن استرداد بطاقة الهدايا إلا على موقع noon.com. في المملكة العربية السعودية، بمجرد استرداد رصيد بطاقة الهدايا، يمكن استخدامه على noon.com (المملكة العربية السعودية)، و/أو noon Minutes (المملكة العربية السعودية)، و/أو SIVVI.com (المملكة العربية السعودية). في المملكة العربية السعودية، بمجرد استرداد قيمة بطاقة الهدايا، ستكون مرئية على صفحة الدفع، ضمن رصيد ائتمان نون. يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا لشراء جميع المنتجات عبر جميع الفئات على موقع noon.com والشركات التابعة له، بما في ذلك سلع البيع. لا يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا، أو استرداد ثمنها، أو إرجاعها، أو إعادة تحميلها، أو استردادها بأكثر من القيمة الاسمية، أو استردادها نقدًا، أو إعادتها نقدًا، أو تحويلها إلى حساب آخر. لا يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقات الهدايا لشراء سلع أو خدمات من نون أو أي منشأة تابعة لنون بعملة تختلف عن التي تم إصدار بطاقة الهدايا بها. يجب الحصول على بطاقات الهدايا من طرف ثالث معتمد، وعليك؛ أ. تحمل المسؤولية عن حماية رقم بطاقة الهدايا ورقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN) الخاصين بك من الاستخدام غير المصرح به. ب. استخدم رقمك المرجعي فقط لإرسال شكوى بشأن بطاقة (بطاقات) الهدايا ولا تشارك أبدًا رقم بطاقة الهدايا و/أو رقم التعريف الشخصي مع أي شخص تحت أي ظرف من الظروف. ج. نون ليست مسؤولة في حالة فقدان أو سرقة أو تدمير أي بطاقة هدايا أو إذا تم استخدام بطاقة الهدايا الخاصة بك دون إذن منك. نون ليست مسؤولة ولا تتحمل أية مسؤولية تجاهك عن أي سلوك غير قانوني أو احتيال من قبل أي طرف ثالث مرتبط بأي بطاقة هدايا. نون ليست مسؤولة عن أي مبالغ مستردة أو استبدال إذا لم يتم استرداد بطاقة الهدايا قبل تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards. The Gift Card can be brought in the following currencies only SAR. The Gift Card can be redeemed on the noon website and mobile app. Customers will have to log in to their account and click on My Account, select Noon credits from the drop-down menu, enter the Gift Card details, and click on Redeem. The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com. In KSA, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (KSA), noon Minutes (KSA), and/or SIVVI.com (KSA). In KSA, once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance. The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account. Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued. Gift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are; a. responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized use. b. only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone in any circumstance. c. noon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card. noon is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the gift card has not been redeemed before the expiry date.
