गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) नंबर के धारक को लाभार्थी माना जाता है।
एक लाभार्थी को ऑर्डर देने से पहले वाउचर का उपयोग करने के इरादे की घोषणा करनी चाहिए।
गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) की अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद इसे पुन: मान्य नहीं किया जा सकता है।
लाभार्थी द्वारा वाउचर नंबर साझा करने और उसके कारण अकाउंट पर गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) को भुनाए जाने के लिए बास्किन रॉबिन्स / सहयोगी जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
बास्किन रॉबिन्स वाउचर को भुनाते समय एक वैध सरकारी पहचान प्रमाण मांग सकती है।
बास्किन रॉबिन्स वाउचर को स्वीकार करने के लिए पूर्ण प्रयास करती है, लेकिन किसी भी तकनीकी / प्रशासनिक कारणों से, कोई आउटलेट वाउचर स्वीकार करने से इनकार कर सकता है।
इस गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) को विशिष्ट ब्लॉक आउट तिथियों पर भुनाया नहीं जा सकता है जो बास्किन रॉबिंस अपने विवेकाधिकार पर किसी भी तिथि को जोड़ या हटा सकती है।
बस्किन रॉबिन्स या उसका कोई भी भागीदार किसी आउटलेट के गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) स्वीकार करने में सक्षम नहीं होने के कारण मुआवजे आदि के किसी भी रूप के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। ग्राहक बिल का निपटान करने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।
यदि कोई वाउचर तकनीकी समस्या के कारण अवरुद्ध हो जाता है तो वाउचर केवल 72 घंटों के बाद उपयोग करने योग्य होगा।

किसी भी विवाद को उस कंपनी को संदर्भित किया जाना चाहिए जहां से गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) प्राप्त हुए हैं, कंपनी का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) के माध्यम से भुगतान स्थानीय दुकानों पर बिक्री और प्रचार के दौरान मान्य नहीं है।
गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) की वैधता बढ़ाई नहीं जा सकती है, वैधता समाप्त /अप्रयुक्त गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) के निमित्त नया ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड प्रदान नहीं किया जा सकता है।
गिफ्ट कार्ड (वाउचर) की वैधता समाप्त होने के बाद बढ़ाई नहीं जा सकती है।

The holder of the Gift Cards (Vouchers) number is deemed to be the beneficiary.
A beneficiary should announce the intent of using the voucher before placing the order.
Gift Cards (Vouchers) cannot be revalidated once expired.
Baskin Robbins/ affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the voucher number and the Gift Cards (Vouchers) getting redeemed on that account.
Baskin Robbins may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the voucher.
Baskin Robbins makes full efforts to accept the voucher, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept a voucher.
This Gift Cards (Vouchers) cannot be redeemed on the specific block out dates which Baskin Robbins may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
Baskin Robbins or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc on account of an outlet not being able to accept the Gift Cards (Vouchers). The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
If a voucher gets blocked on account of the technical issue the voucher would be usable only post 72 hours.
Please Contact Restaurant manager for any acceptance issue and if the issue is still not resolved you can call the helpline number is 0 85 1000 4444 (from 10 am to 10 pm) for immediate assistance.
Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Gift Cards (Vouchers) has been received, decision of the company shall be final.
Payment through Gift Cards (Vouchers) is not valid during sales and promotions at local stores.
The validity of Gift Cards (Vouchers) cannot be extended, new e-Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards (Vouchers).
Gift Cards (Vouchers) validity cannot be extended once expired.
