- Terpakai untuk digunakan di: www.foodpanda.my atau aplikasi foodpanda Malaysia. Kad e-hadiah foodpanda hanya boleh ditebus di Malaysia untuk pembayaran atau sebahagian daripada pembayaran di restoran, pandamart dan kedai di foodpanda.my.
- Boleh bertindih dengan promosi/e-baucar/kad e-hadiah lain: Ya
- Kad e-hadiah boleh digunakan untuk ofset keseluruhan nilai pesanan di halaman daftar keluar, termasuk bayaran penghantaran & bayaran platform.
- Kad e-hadiah ini tidak boleh dibayar balik dan tidak boleh dipindahkan sama sekali.
- Setelah ditebus, anda mesti menggunakan kad e-hadiah sebelum tarikh tamat tempoh. TIADA lanjutan kesahan sama sekali.
- Sebarang kad e-hadiah yang tidak dibelanjakan sebelum tarikh tamat tempoh akan dibatalkan dan tidak lagi tersedia dalam akaun foodpanda anda.
- Untuk melihat baki kad e-hadiah anda, lawati akaun pandapay anda di foodpanda.my
- Jika anda menggunakan kad e-hadiah (sepenuhnya atau sebahagiannya) untuk membayar pesanan foodpanda dan pesanan anda dibatalkan sebelum penghantaran, bayaran balik akan dikeluarkan kepada anda dalam bentuk sama seperti pembayaran asal yang telah dibuat (iaitu baki kad e-hadiah+ kad kredit).
- foodpanda berhak untuk membuat pindaan/membatalkan promosi pada bila-bila masa.
- foodpanda berhak untuk membatalkan pesanan yang mencurigakan tanpa notis awal.
- Terma dan syarat umum di www.foodpanda.my/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm juga akan terpakai.
- Applicable for use on: www.foodpanda.my or the foodpanda Malaysia app. foodpanda e-gift cards may only be redeemed in Malaysia for the payment or part of the payment at restaurants, pandamart and shops on foodpanda.my.
- Stackable with other promotions/e-vouchers/ e-gift cards: Yes
- E-gift cards can be used to offset the entire order value at the checkout page including delivery fees & platform fees.
- This e-gift card is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once redeemed, you must use the e-gift card before the expiry date. Strictly NO extension of validity.
- Any e-gift card that has not been spent by the expiry date will be canceled and will no longer be available in your foodpanda account.
- To view your e-gift card balance, visit your pandapay account on foodpanda.my
- If you use the e-gift card (in full or in part) to pay your foodpanda order and your order is canceled before delivery, your refund will be issued to you in the same form as the original payment was made (ie as e-gift card balance+credit card).
- foodpanda reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time.
- foodpanda reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice.
