بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكرًا" صالحة لمدة 365 يومًا من تاريخ إصدارها.
يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكرًا" في المتاجر الفعلية والمتاحة عبر الإنترنت التابعة للعلامة التجارية Landmark Central Market المشارِكة وهي: Centrepoint وBabyshop وSplash وShoemart وLifestyle وMax وHome Centre وCarpisa وLe Confort وPablosky وSteve Madden المنتشرة في جميع أنحاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
لا يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكرًا" بالنقود سواء بشكلٍ كامل أو جزئي.
يمكن تحصيل جزء من قيمة بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكرًا". ومن ثمَّ فإن البطاقة نفسها يمكن أن تُستخدم في العديد من رحلات التسوق داخل جميع متاجر العلامة التجارية Landmark Central Market المشارِكة والمنتشرة في جميع أنحاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
إذا تجاوزت قيمة الشراء قيمة بطاقة الهدايا، فيلزم أن يتحمل المستهلك الذي حصَّل قيمة بطاقة الهدايا دفع قيمة الفرق.
لا يُسمح باستبدال/تعويض/دفع ثمن بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المفقودة.
لن يتم قبول بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المشوهة أو التالفة.
لا يمكن إرجاع بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية الصادرة أو استرداد قيمتها.
السلع التي تم شراؤها باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية قابلة للاسترداد، وفقًا لسياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال الخاصة بالمتجر.
تخضع بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكرًا" لشروط وأحكام بطاقة هدايا "شكرًا" السارية من وقتٍ لآخر.
للاستفسار عن الرصيد/تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية/موقع المتجر والشروط والأحكام بالتفصيل، تفضل بزيارة الموقع الإلكتروني www.shukran.com/giftcard أو اتصل على الرقم ‎+965-22289558 (الرقم المجاني).
يُسمح باسترداد ما يصل إلى 5 بطاقات هدايا فقط بحد أقصى.

Shukran E- Gift Card is Valid for 365 day from the date of issue.
Shukran E- Gift Card is redeemable across participating Landmark Central Market Brand Physical & Online stores i.e. Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, Carpisa, Le Confort, Pablosky, Steve Madden across Kuwait.
Shukran E- Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part.
Shukran E- Gift Card is part redeemable. Hence same Card can be used in multiple shopping trips across all participating Landmark Central Market Brand Stores across Kuwait.
Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the Gift Card.
No replacement / compensation are permissible /payable for lost E- Gift Card.
Mutilated or defaced E- Gift Card will not be honored.
E- Gift Card issued cannot be returned or refund.
Items purchased by the E- Gift Card are refundable, as per the refund and exchange policy of the store.
Shukran E- Gift Card is governed by the Shukran Gift Card T & C in force from Time to Time.
