• บริการเติมเงินช้อปปี้เพย์ วอลเล็ท นำเติมเงินเข้าแอปพลิเคชัน ShopeePay ตามมูลค่าที่ตกลง.
• รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันช้อปปี้เพย์ (ShopeePay) ต้องได้ทำการแสดงตน (KYC) เสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้เพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) กำหนดเท่านั้น.
• หากทำการแลกแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิก แลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือขอคืนได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
• บริษัทฯ อาจจะเปลี่ยนแปลง ส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งหมด ของกฎการโอนคะแนนสะสมรวมถึงระเบียบ, นโยบาย, สิทธิ, ประโยชน์, เงื่อนไขของการเข้าร่วม หรือระดับคะแนนสะสม (หากมี) ทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า.
• ขอสงวนสิทธิ์บริการเติมเงิน ShopeePay Wallet ที่ได้ทำการลงทะเบียนกับแอปพลิเคชัน ShopeePay และ ด้วยหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เดียวกันเท่านั้น.
• รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถนำไปแลก เปลี่ยน โอน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นได้ทุกกรณี.
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้แก่ user ที่ทำตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงของกิจกรรมนี้อย่างสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วนภายในวันและเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น.
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบ ยกเลิก เพิกถอน หรือเรียกคืนสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (ถ้ามี) หากมีการใช้สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยไม่สุจริต ทุจริต หรือฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้ หรือมีการกระทำผิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการของ ShopeePay.
• ในกรณีที่เกิดข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งอื่นใด คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด.

• Top-up into the ShopeePay application at the agreed value.
• Users of the ShopeePay application must complete the identification (KYC) as specified by Shopee Pay (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Company”) only.
• Once redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or converted into cash or refunded under any circumstances.
• The company may change part or all of the points transfer rules including regulations, policies, rights, benefits, conditions of participation. or the cumulative score level (if any), in whole or in part, at any time. without prior notice. 
• We reserve the right to top-up the ShopeePay Wallet service that has been registered with the ShopeePay application and with the same phone number only.
• This promotion cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions in all cases.
• The company reserves the right to the user who completes the terms and conditions of this activity within the specified date and time only.
• The company reserves the right to give, cancel, withdraw or revoke the privileges under this promotion. whether in whole or in part as well as claim for damages (if any) if the right to participate in the activities is used dishonestly, dishonestly or fraudulently in order to obtain the benefits under this promotion. or there is a breach of ShopeePay's terms and conditions of service.
